Introducing...Launch Pad

FRC Group has been offering work placement opportunities to people who are out of work and need to gain work experience and on the job skills for a number of years. After learning about what we can offer and the social impact it can create we are now ready to launch our programme. The new name for our placement programme is LAUNCH PAD.
LAUNCH PAD acts as a foundation or a starting point for people to gain new skills and experiences giving them a chance to use these skills and experiences to soar. We are putting in place a structure to Launch Pad which includes a map of Launch Pad Journey', which will detail the journey that the individual takes, a Launch Pad Handbook, expressing the deal between the person on placement and FRC Group, and a Launch Pad assessment, which we will use to set personal objectives and monitor progress against them. This will give us some excellent information on the differences we are making to individuals lives through Launch Pad.
Some great news for existing people on Launch Pad is that two of our recent Launch Pad participants have succeeded in gaining temporary paid work with Bulky Bob's.
We are also working with training providers to be able to offer some accredited training to people on Launch Pad, with a Customer Service Training Course coming in the new year.
