One of our aims is to be “A Great Place to Work” for all of the staff, trainees and work placement colleagues at FRC Group. The culture of the organisation is very important to us and we put a lot of effort into creating the right culture that brings positive benefits for everyone.

FRC Group recognises when people have gone the extra mile and demonstrated the company’s value in action by giving them a “Values Award” or nominating them for a monthly or annual award.

Training and personal development are important for everyone at FRC Group. Our People & Learning Team coordinates a broad programme of training including professional qualifications, leadership development, personal development and hobby and cultural activities. This is all under the banner of the in-house “University for the People” which promotes the idea that your actions and efforts should determine your future rather than whatever has happened in your past.
