Training and personal development are important for everyone at FRC Group. Our People & Culture Team coordinates a broad programme of training including professional qualifications, leadership development, and personal development.
Our four values are at the heart of our culture. FRC Group is about being Brave, Creative, Passionate and Professional. We use these values when we recruit new people and to reward and motivate. FRC Group recognises when people have gone the extra mile and demonstrated the company’s value in action by giving them a “Values Award” or nominating them for our monthly Chris Watson award.
Every year we hold an awards ceremony when everyone gets a chance to nominate the colleague who has best demonstrated each of our values, and we also celebrate our Driving Changer of the Year and Colleague of the Year.
